Hey!
Thank you so much for your patience so much has happened this end of the year to push this further and further out but yes, finally today is...well one of those magical days!!
I've just sent out the codes for Skydrift via DrivethruRPG and you should be able to access all the other PDF's on Backerkit. If you want them on Drivethru then please PM me and let me know and I can get that version to you.
So I decided to split it. I had a few intense days of the publishing and image editing software not working for me but for some reason I must have sat down right on the chair because it was up and going again so I decided to just get you the PDF's first.
As for the POD the hardcover is with the printers the first one came back with an error and now I'm waiting for the next to be all clear (fingers crossed) which means once I get my version and I give it my thumbs up I can send you your code. The cards are a different thing entirely and I'm working on getting those done. That means the POD will come in two lots the book and then the cards. They are apparently ordered separately anyway so you can't get a combined shipping fee which is a shame (also for me).
You will hopefully also receive an invite to signup to the next project this week because I would like to do one more before the year is out. The email will have more details since the prelaunch page I believe has very little in that department and I want you to know exactly what's happening from price (less than this project) to the fun details.

Hey! I know you've been waiting for an update and thanks for being so patient but here it is!
I've got a few things to put into this update but I’ll start by letting you know where Skydrift currently sits.
The adventure, done. It’s been sent to the printer and so hopefully once everything else is done I'll have the proof and it will all get sent at once.
The monster supplement has just been finished, phew didn't think it would take this long but that's alright and since it doesn't require printing that speeds things up. Next is to get the side quests and encounters into a nice form which with all the fiddly bits that the monster book had I don't imagine taking anywhere near as long to complete these.
That's the Skydrift update but I thought I should also mention that while this is going on the team is working hard on the next one getting something truly amazing together.
We've had some discussions in discord with the VIPs and decided this next one is going to be simpler with the reward choices. There will be two rewards, one for PDF only and the other is PDF+ Hard/Softcover (you will get a code for each so you can decide what you want to get).
The next book is already shaping up to be 350+ pages of pure awesome monster book so it’s exciting and daunting being the biggest one yet. This isn't going to be your typical monster book though and we look forward to revealing those details to you soon (but let’s get Skydrift happily sorted first).
That being said we've looked at pricing based on what we want to be moving forward because it’s important to us and I know you that it doesn't blow the bank (which Skydrift was bordering on if not did).
So…the decision has been made to have:
PDF = $15 usd
PDF+Hard/Softcover = $25 usd
Anything extra will be available as an addon rather than trying to create different bundles; it'll mean if you want the Foundry VTT aspect (yes that’s going to be part of this one) then you can select that if you want.

The World of Skydrift is Close!

Hey!
I just want to say first that I am extremely grateful to all those who have supported me from one Kickstarter to the next. I'm already excited about the next one but I can't get too carried away as this is almost finished!
The edits are completed and the adventure is now formatted and looking like a real book. There are a few last things to do but otherwise it's nearly in your hands. I still need to put together the supplements (Side Quests, Monsters, Encounters) since I made the main book a priority. I apologise for the delay from Covid to power outages it ended up taking longer than I had originally planned.
If you've made any extra purchases via the survey on Backerkit I wanted to let you know that I'll be charging cards in the next couple of days so if you need to make any changes you can.
Would you prefer me to get the adventure done, send it out and then work on and deliver the supplements? Or do you want it all in one shot? Let me know in the comments.

Surveys have been delivered and your responses are rolling in. I am extremely grateful to all those who have supported me from one Kickstarter to the next. This is quickly turning into more of a career when once it was simply a dream.
I'm currently working through the edits that many of my VIPs have sent me, and the book is coming along beautifully. As many of you know, COVID and a few other hiccups in my life slowed me down for a few weeks. However, I'm planning to make up that time quickly and get this product into your hands as soon as possible. I can’t wait to hear about all the amazing ways your party fights to survive the floating isles.
We'll open the Discord for the next project so that more of you can share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences. I'm looking forward to building a community of dungeon masters and players to help enrich the D&D multiverse.

Surveys, Covid, and Iron Hills Studios Shoutout

Unfortunately, both my wife and I contracted COVID. I had planned to send out surveys and The Dragon’s Vault proof last week, but, as they say, the gods laugh at our plans.
As mentioned, the proof of the Dragon’s Vault arrived! There were several struggles in getting this right, but I’m pleased with the final proof and have approved it for production. That means anyone who ordered this in the last project should get their copy. I'll send out the people who purchased it this time shortly but the list was long so I want to make sure everyone got it before doing another bulk send out of codes.
The Monster PDF Survey results have been received, and “Death from Above” narrowly won with 30% of the votes. I have started developing ideas to bring this next project to life and already believe it will be my greatest project to date.
Speaking of Surveys, if all goes well, you should receive your BackerKit Survey in your inbox soon. I'm just waiting for a final check approval by the Backerkit team. If you don’t see it by next Friday, please check your spam folder and let me know if you still haven't received it.
I haven’t done much of this in the past, but I plan to get better at highlighting the amazing community of content creators on Kickstarter. New Zealand’s own Iron Hills Studios has launched their first project. They are previous backers of mine and pour their heart and souls into feedback and playtesting.
TheForgotten Burial Caverns – a ShadowDark OneShot
Embark on a troll hunt! Stake out the lair, rig traps, or bravely delve into the darkness to take fire & retribution to the beast. Explore the ancient burial chambers nestled into a forgotten cave network. Face your fears and discover riches to change your fortunes!
On a forested road between isolated towns, word spreads of a troll, taken up residence in a cavern somewhere not far from the dirt track. Large tracks lead down megalithic stone steps to a dark, mossy opening in the boulder strewn floor of a forest clearing.
Down in the darkness, natural formations give way to ancient burial caverns, constructed by a people long forgotten. The bones of those long passed lie resting on their stone beds...and deeper still, in the partially flooded reaches, another mystery lies dormant.
The Forgotten Burial Caverns is a stand-alone adventure that can be used as a one-shot over an evening (using the initial troll hunt, or with quick pacing), or over several sessions with the party exploring the larger cavern network. The adventure was specifically designed and playtested in New Zealand for use with 5E and ShadowDark and is structured to be dropped into any existing campaign as a side quest or unique location.
